Jenny

Fozzy Bear!

As an Animal Care Assistant, Jenny looked after all the animals onsite to maintain their happiness and health. This meant dealing with dogs and cats from a variety of different environments and backgrounds. She worked closely with many dogs that had behavioural issues, suffered from stress, or separation anxiety in order to help build their confidance and improve their quality of life.

"Living in Portishead (Bristol), I am spoilt for choices of open spaces and beautiful surroundings for dog walking. I’ve always thought of myself as a bit of an explorer, and I love finding new and great places where dogs can let off steam (on or off the lead) and most importantly to have fun. All pets in my care are treated like one of my own and made a real fuss of!"

Frequently Asked Questions!

Will I have a chance to meet you beforehand?

Yes! All new owners must have a home consultation, before any further bookings are made. That way we're able to meet you and your pet(s), and fully assess how best you meet your particular needs.

How do you know my dog will fit in with a group?

Before any walks take place, we arrange a home consultation where the traits and behaviour of each dog is asessed, which allows us at Fetch to know how or if they will fit in with a group dog walk.

Are you insured?

Yes! Fetch South West is fully insured by Pet Business Insurance. Including public liability and loss of key cover.

What happens if I need to cancel/change dates?

We politely request at least 24 hours notice of cancellation from the owner. If the notice is less than this (except in the case of an emergency), then the owner will be charged 50% of the usual booking fee.

If I have more than one dog, is that be classed as a group walk?

At our initial home consultation, we will assess whether your dogs would work well as part of a group walk. If they would benefit from just walking with dogs from the same household, then that would be classed as a solo walk (with the extra dog(s) being half price).

Are you first aid trained?

Yes! Jenny is trained in canine first aid.
